New Brunch !

A 0% wasteful brunch !

Before setting off for the Knitting Factory, remember to take a jar, a box, a bag… with you. It doesn’t matter what the container is, if it allows you to take the leftovers of your meal with you ! We can lend distracted people a recycled glass jar, but beware : our stock is limited.

While you act against food waste at the end of the meal, we take action in the kitchen : if we have any leftover food, nous les reconditionnons ! we repackage it ! If this is not possible, we donate them the same day to L’Ilot, a non-profit organisation that provides meals for homeless people. And if the quantities are too small, the staff benefit from them !

Our zero-waste mission doesn’t stop there : you won’t find any straws, spoons, stirrers or disposable cups at our place, to which we prefer metal alternatives, edible materials or Eco cups. Our sugar and biscuits are bought in bulk, and our food waste such as coffee grounds and peelings are sorted and recycled.

Our plan is to continue this momentum by moving towards a zero-waste brunch with loose tea, cubes and the elimination of disposable napkins !
